if it works out that we both like it it's a way to ease into things slowly

and if one of us decides it's not for us than no harm done and we won't have taken any too overly drastic steps

is it intristically a dishonest platonic date if one person kind of wants it to not be platonic, though? even if boundaries are maintained?

[rose may actually have been on to something with the whole 'he doesn't think about those dating things because he has you' line of reasoning, especially when he takes a breath to make date suggestions based on the 1950s videos and realizes they're mostly things they already do]

...well, you've put me on the spot. I wouldn't mind doing most stuff with you, though, really, but if we're trying to go for something more, um, special, then...it'll have to be something outside our routine. Something we haven't tried before.
